Untuk dapat mendapatkan biaya cetak yang efisien, kita harus mampu menghitung ukuran kertas yang disesuaikan dengan ukuran mesin cetak. Adapun ukuran mesin cetak yang kebanyakan ada di indosesia adalah sebagai berikut :
  • Oliver 52
  1. Ukuran kertas : 36 x 52 cm.
  2. Area Cetak : 34 x 50 cm.
  • Oliver 58
  1. Ukuran kertas : 44 x 58 cm.
  2. Area Cetak : 42 x 56 cm.
  • Oliver 72
  1. Ukuran kertas : 50 x 70 cm.
  2. Area cetak : 48 x 68 cm.

Adapun Ukuran Kertas dalam Plano adalah
  1. Art paper/Matt paper : 109 x 79 cm. dan 100 x 65 cm.
  2. Ivory : 109 x 79 cm. dan 100 x 65 cm.
  3. HVS : 109 x 79 cm., 100 x 65 cm., 90 x 65 cm. dan 92 x 61 cm.
  4. Sticker Cromo/HVS : 70 x 54 Cm
  5. Ukuran kertas lain, biasanya : 109 x 79 cm.
